Kate Harvey, Engaging / Strategy

Kate is the Principal at Engaging / Strategy and she provides specialist advice on strategy development and delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, governance, and extension and adoption. Prior to this, Kate spent 10 years at Wine Australia and the Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation. Over the years, she managed strategy development and delivery, communications, market insights, and research, development and extension.

 

Sandy Clark AO

Sandy is a former Chairman of the Brown Brothers Group and Mitchelton Wines, was appointed the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia (WFA) Chairman in November 2016. In February 2019 he  was elected the inaugural Chairman of Australian Grape and Wine Incorporated (AGWI).
In addition to his wine interests, Sandy served previously as Chairman of the Aviva Australia Insurance Group, as Deputy Chairman of the Myer Family Company Ltd, of Eastern Energy Ltd and the Legal Practice Board of Victoria and as a Director of ANZ Wealth Companies, Oasis Funds Management Ltd and One Path Custodians Pty Ltd, Select Harvests Ltd, and Southern Cross Broadcasting (Australia) Ltd.
Sandy is a recipient of the Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to the wine industry through leadership roles, to finance and business, to the Arts, and to charitable initiatives.’

Angie Bradbury, Wine Victoria

A highly respected and sought-after marketing strategist with two decades working with leading brands in wine & hospitality, retail &automotive, tourism & agriculture.
With a reputation as a straight forward, direct and pragmatic strategist who always pushes for the better answer or solution, Angie was the Founder and Managing Director of several leading marketing and communications agencies and is now an independent Consultant.

Angie is Chair of the Board for Wine Victoria and was also the 2019 Woman of Inspiration in the Australian Women in Wine Awards.

Stephanie Duboudin, Food and Wine Insights

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience working in the wine industry in the US, Canada, UK, China and Australia. She is the founder and Managing Director of consumer insights and trends strategic consultancy, Food and Wine Insights. Stephanie also holds the role of Marketing Manager  Aus/NZ/Asia for the Decanter World Wine Awards.
 
Prior to FWI Stephanie established the Australian and NZ operations for Wine Intelligence in her role as Country Manager and has held senior global marketing roles with Kobrand Corporation NY, Rathbone Wine Group and Yabby Lake.

 

Ed Peter Duxton Capital Australia

Ed is the chairman of Duxton Capital Australia, a Stirling based asset manager investing approximately $1 billion in Australian agriculture and alternatives. Prior to forming Duxton in 2009, Ed was Head of Deutsche Asset Management Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa and a member of DB’s Group Equity Operating Committee and Asset Management Operating Committee. Ed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. Ed’s first foray into Agricultural investing was in 1999 and he remains passionately interested in Agriculture today. He is on the University of Adelaide’s Agribusiness Advisory board and University of Adelaide’s Wine Advisory board.

Dr Kate Burke,Think Agri

Dr Kate Burke is an agri-strategist with specialist knowledge in corporate farming, crop production and direct investment in farmland. Kate is a mentor, coach, speaker, facilitator, author, and trainer who recently published Crops People Money and You, The Art of Excellent Farming and Better Returns. Kate helps leaders either side of the farm gate, gain insights for better commercial outcomes, underpinned by people and productivity, and profit.
