About Me

Raised in Savoie, France, Sandrine studied biochemistry and biology. Inspired by watching her family connections with vines in Ardèche, she was one of 24 yearly students accepted in Universite des Sciences de Reims for the Diplôme National d’Œnologue. Graduating in 1998 after a 6-month internship at Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. Wanting to learn and gain experience, she then worked at various wineries in Entre-Deux-Mers, Romania, Houghton (Swan Valley, WA), the Languedoc Rousillon, Pomerol and Padthaway (SA). She settled at Rymill Coonawarra as senior winemaker for nearly 13 years, a good length of time allowing her to purposefully follow the link between land, grapes, wine and frame the creation of a meaningful range of wines.
Joining Wine Networking Consulting in 2020, Sandrine is enjoying sharing knowledge and critical thinking with clients. She is involved in wine judging, completed the AWAC in 2007 and the Len Evans Tutorial in 2017.
