I am a Master's student in Viticulture and Oenology currently studying at UC Davis. I am originally from Adelaide and completed my Bachelor's of Science (Biomedical Science) in Microbiology, Biochemistry and Virology. I am currently undergoing research in flavour chemistry, with a particular interest in grape volatiles and smoketaint. I have a passion for sustainability of the industry and hope to use both the integration of winemaking and research to help futureproof the industry.
