About Me
Based in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills, I am a viticulturist and winemaker with a strong passion for sustainable wine production. A recent graduate of the University of Adelaide, my focus is on organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking practices, and how these approaches can improve vineyard health and wine quality over the long term.
I am deeply interested in how thoughtful, regenerative farming and minimal-intervention winemaking can express the unique character of our region’s cool-climate vineyards. My work is driven by a commitment to soil/vine health, biodiversity, and crafting wines that reflect a true sense of place driven by terroir.
