About Me
Born into the Clonakilla Wines family, I've been in the industry since day dot. As a lad I had various roles on the family farm: Cellar Hand in the winery & Bucket Boy in the vineyard. I've always been good with people and thus worked in the Cellar Door before heading to Sydney as a Sales Rep for Clonakilla in 2019. In 2020 I moved into a Junior Sommelier role at Rockpool Bar and Grill, Sydney, and completing the WSET Level 3 course, I returned in 2022 for an Assistant Manager/Sommelier role at Brunello Wine Bar, Canberra. With a Vintage Internship at Yarra Yering Winery in Victoria in 2023, and my fifth vintage for Clonakilla in 2024, I’m now back at Clonakilla as a Cellar Hand, Vineyard Hand and Sales Rep while I complete my MA in Wine Business through Adelaide University.
