Experience ranging from the corporate to the boutique. After 2 decades in the Yarra Valley Kate is now based in South Australia where she is the Chief Winemaker at Penley in Coonawarra , driving its rebirth and consulting Winemaker at Paxton’s biodynamic estate in McLaren Vale .
