Webinar- Bushfire and vineyards – frontline and aftermath management

Hosted by Richard Hamiliton and Colin Hinze, this webinar aims to capture the experiences and recommendations from frontline viticulturists affected by recent bushfires. It will provide a reference resource for vineyard managers impacted by future fire events, as well as helping viticulturists to develop strategies to minimise the risk of bushfire damage in their vineyards.

Maintaining Established vineyards

With the average age of Australian vineyards sitting at around 40 years, many growers are faced with decisions about what to do with vineyards that are showing declining yields and quality and ageing infrastructure. This year’s ASVO seminar will provide much needed information on both maintaining established vineyards and setting up for success if the decision is to rework or replant.
