Awards Dinner

The two-day Adelaide seminar begins Tuesday, November 18. This seminar presents results from  current research and provides technical information that will ensure that your knowledge is at the cutting edge. Along with the ASVO Awards for excellence gala dinner on Tuesday evening the program provides opportunities for learning, networking and socializing.

The seminar planning committee led by Prov Vladimir Jiranek are pleased to have secured Prof Dr Dominik Durner, Associate Professor James Harbertson and Prof Larry Lockshin, along with many other world-class presenters.
Dominick will lead the discussion on Micro-oxygenation issue sand its impact on polyphenols and sensory characteristics of red wines, while Associate Professor; James Harbertson,  from Washington State University, will present a talk reflecting Washington’s most recent research findings in the efficacy of tannin addition.

Both the seminar and the ASVO Awards for excellence gala dinner takes place within the Italian Centre Tuesday, November 18.
