Tasting Kits

Each tasting kit contains ten (10) small vials of solution.

Each vial, when added to 750 mL of wine, evokes specific wine taste sensations, tactile sensations, or wine faults. It is recommended that a fault-free and fairly neutral wine be selected as the base wine. Please ensure that each is checked and free of cork-derived taints, before demonstrating wines.
