The ASVO Fortified Winemaking workshop will be a truly unique event, with the aims of rejuvenating interest in fortified winemaking in Australia, while sharing and preserving Australia's unique fortified winemaking heritage
The three sessions: Sherry, Australian Fortified Styles, and Port, will be presented by the absolute experts in each of these styles, and will feature detailed discussion of winemaking techniques illustrated with tastings of over 50 classic fortified wines, and fortifying spirits.
Places will be strictly limited to 80 participants on each of the two days
