The seminar planning committee led by Prov Vladimir Jiranek are pleased to have secured Prof Dr Dominik Durner, Associate Professor James Harbertson and Prof Larry Lockshin, along with many other world-class presenters.
Dominick will lead the discussion on Micro-oxygenation issue sand its impact on polyphenols and sensory characteristics of red wines, while Associate Professor; James Harbertson, from Washington State University, will present a talk reflecting Washington’s most recent research findings in the efficacy of tannin addition.
